These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Suri & Suri website (the “Website”), including the Electrical and Homes sections, the project and service information, the Contact form and the Get a Quote form.
The Website is operated by Suri and Suri, trading as Suri & Suri (“Suri & Suri”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” means anyone who visits or uses the Website.
We have written these Terms in plain English. Headings are there to help you find your way around and do not change the meaning of the Terms. These Terms cover your use of the Website only. Any electrical or home services we provide to you are governed by a separate agreement between you and us, not by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Website — including by submitting a form — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes: to learn about our services, to browse our projects, and to contact us or request a quote.

Photographs and project examples are there to give you an idea of the type of work we do. They are not a promise or guarantee that any particular design, finish, material or outcome will be delivered for your project. Some images on the Website are stock or illustrative photographs and may not show projects completed by Suri & Suri.
Nothing on the Website is professional, technical, legal or safety advice. Please do not rely on it as a substitute for advice that takes your own circumstances into account.
5. Electrical and Home Services Information
The Website describes our Electrical services and our Homes services. The following points apply to all of that information:
- It is general information only.
- The actual scope of any service depends on the individual project.
- Quotes, inspections, site conditions, approval requirements and your project requirements may all affect the final scope, timing and price of the work.
- Services may not be available in every location or at every time.
The content of the Website is not an offer, and it does not by itself form a binding contract for services. A contract for services exists only if you and we have separately agreed to it. Nothing on the Website is a warranty, guarantee or promise of a particular result.
6. Quotes and Enquiries
Submitting a form
Submitting the Contact form or the Get a Quote form is an enquiry or a request for information or a quote. It is not an order, a booking or an acceptance of any service, and it does not automatically create a contract. It does not commit you or us to proceed with any work.
Contacting you
We may contact you using the details you supply, such as your phone number or email address, to respond to your enquiry, ask follow-up questions or discuss your project.
Quotes
Any quote we provide is subject to confirmation and to any applicable separate agreement. Quoted work may depend on inspections, site conditions, approvals and other project requirements, as described in Section 5.
Response times
We aim to respond to enquiries, but we do not guarantee that we will respond within any particular time or that we will be able to take on every request. Any indication of typical response times on the Website is a general guide only.
Urgent situations
The Contact and Get a Quote forms are not designed for urgent or emergency situations, and we cannot guarantee an immediate response to a form submission. If there is an immediate danger to life or property, call emergency services on 000.
7. User-Submitted Information
The Website's forms let you send us information such as your name, contact details, the type of service you are interested in, your project information and your messages. When you do, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to provide it, including any information about other people, and you will not submit another person's information without their permission
- We may rely on the information you provide when we respond to you and prepare any quote
Please do not include payment card details, passwords or other sensitive credentials in a form or in an uploaded file. We do not ask for them through the Website.
Information submitted through the Website's forms is stored in the Website's database so that we can handle your enquiry. How we handle personal information is explained in Section 14 and in our Privacy Policy.
8. Uploaded Files and Documents
The Get a Quote form lets you optionally upload project-related files, such as plans, photos or other documents. At the time of writing, the form accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC and DOCX files, up to 10MB per file.
What you may upload
You may only upload files that you own or are otherwise authorised to submit. For example, plans or drawings prepared by someone else may be protected by copyright, so make sure you have permission to share them.
What you must not upload
- Viruses, malware or any other malicious software or code
- Material that is unlawful, offensive or defamatory
- Material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party
How we handle uploaded files
Uploaded files may be processed and stored as part of handling your enquiry or quote request. By uploading a file, you give us permission to access, copy, store and use it for the purpose of reviewing your project, preparing a quote and handling your request. You keep whatever rights you already have in the file.
We may decline to open, review or keep any file. The Website is not a file-storage service, so please keep your own copies of anything you upload. Uploaded files are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Website is owned by or licensed to Suri & Suri. This includes the text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, design elements and layout, and the code that runs the Website.
Some photographs on the Website are stock images that we use under the licence terms of their source. We do not claim ownership of those images; they remain the property of their respective creators or owners.
You may view the Website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as considering our services. Apart from that, you must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, scrape or commercially exploit any content from the Website, and you must not use the Suri & Suri name, logo or branding, without our prior permission — except where the law allows it.
10. Third-Party Content and Links
The Website includes a link to a third-party mapping service for directions, and it loads its typefaces from a third-party font service. We do not control third-party websites or services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices.
A link to a third-party website is not an endorsement of it. If you follow one, you do so at your own risk, and we encourage you to read that website's own terms and privacy policy.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the information on the Website accurate and the Website available. However, we do not guarantee that:
- The Website will be available without interruption
- The Website will operate without errors or be free of harmful components
- The information on the Website will be complete or accurate at all times
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suri & Suri is not responsible for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss — that arises from your use of the Website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on information on the Website.
This section relates to the Website and its content. It does not apply to any services we provide to you under a separate agreement, which are governed by that agreement and by the law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for any loss, damage or reasonable cost (including reasonable legal costs) that we suffer as a result of your unlawful or improper use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of information or files that you were not authorised to submit.
This does not apply to the extent that the loss, damage or cost was caused or contributed to by us.

Personal information that you submit through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. Please read it before you submit a form.
